When do you deliver?
Order your groceries by 11:59pm on Tuesday and FedEx will deliver your package the following Thursday or Friday, depending upon your address.
What if I’m not home to accept the delivery?
Your sealed and insulated box of vegetables will be placed on your doorstep by the FedEx delivery person. If you have special delivery instructions, please include your request at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
What if I don’t like something in my order?
Eat Smart is committed to providing fresh quality products to our consumers. If you’re not satisfied, please let us know and we’ll make it right. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-626-2746 24 hours a day or email us at email@example.com.
Can I edit or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes! As long as your order has not been processed, you can edit or cancel your order by calling Customer Service at 1-800-626-2746. Unfortunately, if your order has been processed, we aren’t able to cancel last-minute. We give our staff this courtesy so that they have enough time to prepare and deliver your food.
How do the vegetables stay fresh in transit?
Your vegetables are packed in an insulated, sturdy cardboard box with recyclable, sustainable packaging and reusable ice packs.

How do you keep my credit card information secure?
Your credit card information is stored safely with our payment processing company, Authorize.net. Learn more about Authorize.Net here!
When will I be charged for my order?
Your credit card will be authorized at checkout and you’ll automatically receive a receipt when the payment is processed.
